What date should I RSVP by?

Location, Directions, and Hotel Accommodations

Where is the Pavilion in relation to the hotel?

Here is a helpful map of the property that shows the Pavilion in relation to the Stanley Hotel. The main parking lot (in front of The Lodge at the Stanley Hotel) is about a 3-minute walk from the Pavilion.

Is there a drop off zone?

On the day of the wedding, all individuals who might have trouble on the walk from the parking lot to the venue can be dropped off in front of the building. There is also one handicapped parking spot outside of the Pavilion.

Where can I park?

Does parking cost money?

If you are staying the night at any of the Stanley Hotel options, parking is free. If you are only coming up for the event, parking will cost $10.00. However, once you have paid for parking you are given a $5.00 coin that can be spent anywhere on the property.

Other Parking Considerations

The parking charge is a one-time fee. Once you have paid, your car can be parked there for as long, or as little as you want (including overnight). However, once you officially leave the lot, you will need to pay for parking once again.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The entirety of the wedding (Ceremony & Reception) will be held indoors. However, the Pavilion offers amazing outdoor features such as the lower level waterfall and upstairs balcony, so we would suggest that our guests take advantage of them even if it is a bit chilly.

Dress Code

What is the dress code for your wedding?

We’d love to see our guests in formal attire! As the bride and groom, we will be dressed in our best, so we’d love it if you were too. Gentlemen, please don't wear jeans 🙂

What is the weather like in the area?

Colorado weather can change quickly, so we suggest that our guests be prepared for anything in-between 60 degrees and sunny, or 20 degrees and snowy. We highly encourage coming prepared for the elements!

Plus-Ones

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Making the guest list was very difficult for us and we would have loved to invite all of our family and friends. If there is not a plus one on your invitation, it means we are only accounting for you! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Wedding Registry and Gifts

Where can I find the registry?

You can find our registry by clicking the logos of each company on this page. They can also be found here: Dillards, Amazon, Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, Marriage Cash Fund.

Can I provide a gift not listed on the registry?

We will be starting our marriage in a townhome with very limited space, so we are only accounting for the items listed on the registry. We would kindly ask that all of our guests stick to the registry for all physical gifts.

What about cash gifts?

On the day of the event, we will have a box for all cards and cash gifts. If you would like to provide a cash gift electronically, please use the Marriage Cash Fund.

Weekend Itinerary

What is the wedding day itinerary?

The Ceremony will begin at 2:00 pm
Cocktail hour will begin at 3:15 pm
The Grand Entrance will begin at 4:30 pm
Dancing and all that jazz will begin around 7:00 pm!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

We kindly ask you to arrive at The Pavilion at 1:30 for the Ceremony to start promptly.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

The Grand Exit will begin at 9:00 pm.
